General Product Information
BORON contains element Boron to the level of 20.0% w/w min. Boron is one of the seven micronutrients required by the plants for their healthier growth. Uptake of boron is difficult in alkaline soils, sandy & dry soils.
Heavy rainfall causes boron deficiency due to leaching of boron by rain water. Some of the symptoms shown by crops suffering from boron deficiency are restricted flowering and fruit development; discoloration, cracking or rotting of fruits & tubers, thickened, wilted or curly leaves. All these directly reduce the crop yield.
Recommended crops:
Al legumes (groundnut, soyabean etc.). Cereals and Fibres (rice, wheat, maize, cotton etc.), Fruits (grapes, banana, mango, pomegranate, apple, citrus, strawberry etc.), Vegetables (cauliflower, tomato, capsicum, onion, potato etc..), Flowers (gerbera, roses, marigold, carnation etc.) & Sugarcane, Tea, Coffee etc.

Boron in BORON helps in new cell development, flower & fruitformation, root developments & synthesis of amino acids andproteins. Helps in nitrogen fixation in leguminous crops. Boronhelps in vigorous growth high yield of all crops.Application: Dissolve 1.0 -1.5 gms. BORON per ltr. of water for foliarapplication. Use 150-200 gms of BORON per acre per spray.Apply 3 – 4 sprays per crop during critical growth stage. Boronshould be applied at flowering fruit formation stage. BORONis also suitable for drip irrigation & soil application, ideal dosesbeing 1.5-2.0 kg. per acre per crop.
